Tasting Notes: Light golden colour, denoting some pale rosy hues, due to the red Baga grapes. Complex aroma, notes of bread and fresh fruit, as apricot. At taste shows a very fine and smooth foam, culminating into a pleasant final. - Winemaking Process: Total de-stemming. Fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature. 2nd fermentation in bottle according to the champagnese method. Long maturation "sur lees" to attain bigger complexity and excellence.
