Wine of high quality obtained by blending of wines of several vintages, in a way to obtain a complementarity of organoleptic characteristics. It matures in wood for several years, in which the age mentioned in the label is equivalent to the average of the ages of the different wines used in the blending, expressing the character of the wine, due to the characteristics obtained by the maturation in wood. - Like the wines with Date of Harvest, show a characteristic oxidation bouquet, revealing aromas of dry fruits, roasting and spices, more prominent in older wines. At taste, are wines smooth and harmonious, with a persistent aroma.
