Tasting Notes: Deep garnet colour. Rich and concentrated aroma with touches of well-ripe fruit, new wood, vanilla and candies, round, ample, powerful and complex taste associating forest and red fruit with notes of chocolate, slight toasted and spices. - To celebrate worthy its 50 years, the Adega Cooperativa de Borba created this special wine with the final selection of the best wines from this vintage. After a selection of some vineyards with the best conditions, a very rigorous control of production per hectare and of maturation of each variety, the grapes were harvested and came to the Adega (winery) in small boxes.
