White wine from the Loureiro grape variety, grown in the River Lima Valley. Strong climatic influence from the Atlantic. Very original perfume of varietal origin. - Short skin maceration. Soft pressing of the whole de-stemmed grape. Cold clarification for 48 hours. Long fermentation at temperatures between 12º and 16ºC. Minimum 4-month ageing on fine lees. - Tasting notes: Intense citrus and floral aromas. Fresh, with dry, fruity finish. Finish with the strong character of the grape variety of flowers and citrus fruits.
