The Alvarinho wine is a varietal white wine, composed only by Alvarinho grape vine. The wine is characterized by an intense color, straw, with citrus reflexes, intense, distinctive, delicate and complex flavour. The flavour is composed by quince, peach, banana, lemon, passion fruit and líchia (fruity character), the flower of orange and violet, hazelnut and walnut and honey (or caramel). The complex taste is, soft, round, harmonious and persistent.
