QUINTA DE ALDERIZ - ESPUMANTE
The sparkling wine the Alderiz Farm was obtained according to the classical method of fermentation in a basement within a bottle, with a temperature of 14C which took 9 months on the yeast to complete the process. The wine presents limpid aspect, with a citrine color with shades of straw, with fine bubbles and persistent foam which is the typically the aroma of the Alvarinho grape. In the mouth it is fresh but balanced, elegant and with good body, well-integrated mousse and persistence with good taste, as the residual sugar content of the sparkling Alderiz Farm and Crude Natural. This wine would be perfect as an appetizer or to accompany seafood and fish.
