Brandy V.S.O.P. (Very Special Old Pale) ? (The youngest Brandy used in the Brandy V.S.O.P. blend should have at least a minimum of four years old, although the average would be much older than that). The Brandy V.S.O.P has been aged by C. da Silva for more than a century. The ageing occurs in old casks of Port wine, where the Brandy is kept to age for decades. Dalva Brandy V.S.O.P. will be aged in oak for at least twenty five years (average) before being sold to the public.
